Assistant Product Manager – Cultive8 Technologies Limited – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Write clear and concise product descriptions, marketing copy, and other content related to our range of agricultural inputs.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with our brand values.
Manage and maintain a library of product content, ensuring it is up-to-date and consistent across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other relevant forums.
Research on industry trends and best practices for product content creation
Continuously evaluate and optimize product content to improve customer engagement and drive sales.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with 2 – 5 years of Experience in marketing of agricultural inputs (Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides or other relevant products)

Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 7-8 years of experience in marketing of agricultural inputs (Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides or other relevant products).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Knowledge of local languages and dialects spoken by farmers in the area is a plus.
Knowledge of Agricultural Inputs: The candidate should have a thorough understanding of agricultural inputs such as fertilizers, pesticides, and seeds, and should be aware of the local market trends and customers’ needs.
Marketing Skills: The candidate should be familiar with different marketing strategies, such as promotions and advertisements.
Client Service: The candidate should be able to build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction by addressing their concerns and queries.
Time Management: The candidate should be able to manage their time efficiently to meet the long-term and short-term marketing strategies.
Computer Skills: The candidate should be proficient in using computers, including word processing, spreadsheet software, and email.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The candidate should be able to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and address customer problems.
Teamwork: The candidate should be able to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
