Asst. Executive/Executive – Human Resources – Epyllion Group – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Assist in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) drafting and record management;
Assist to conduct counseling, coaching, mentoring for non-performing employees and initiate for Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and maintain proper database;
Assist in different program formulation & its implementation;
Coordinate people management team for performance evaluation program;
Assist to maintain OE (Organizational Excellence)/HR developmental/HR R&D related tasks to create a desired culture;
Assist to ensure automation on HR issues;
Analyze the vacancy status in the group and assist for recruitment & selection to fulfill the vacancy;
Prepare appointment letter, approval note and provide appointment letter & other documents to newly recruited staffs;
Ensure that staffs’ Personal Files with all related documents are processed, maintained and updated timely;

Educational Requirements
Graduation/Post Graduation in HRM from any reputed university.
Skills Required: MS Office
