Job Responsibilities
To ensure the effective execution of day-to-day office administrative issues of the Customer Service Department
Employee Data Analysis & Reporting
Preparing and handling Ground Service Agreement.
Liaison with foreign agencies/airlines.
Monitoring Outstation Ground Handling activities.
Preparing Policies, rules and regulation in respect of Customer service/ground handling.
Furnishing and record keeping of all documents.
Monitoring/Coordination training of all the employees of the department.
Providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints
Ensuring that baggage is properly tagged, loaded, and unloaded from the aircraft and assisting passengers with any baggage-related concerns
Coordinating with the flight crew, gate agents, and other ground staff to ensure timely and safe departures and arrivals of flights
Monitoring compliance with airline regulations, policies, and procedures, and take necessary action to ensure adherence to these standards
Maintaining Load Control License Validation
Ensuring renewal of License in time
Co-ordinate exams of Load Control
Maintain & Update Load Control Manual
Follow & Record Flight Movement
Analysis Flight disruption Data
Any other task assigned by the Management

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Additional Requirements
Age 24 to 28 years

Experience in the airline field will be given preference
Should have strong leadership, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
Should have excellent communication, and decision-making ability
Should have good computer knowledge of MS Office.
Should have strong capabilities of managing the team.
Should have strong leadership skills.
Should have strong communication skills both in English & Bangla.
Should have the ability to work under pressure.
Should have the power & skill to motivate the workforce
