The menu planner is responsible for understanding the ingredients used in menu items, special dietary restrictions, and appropriate cost effective measures for producing a quality product within budgetary constraints.
US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. (USBA), the largest private airline in the country, will hire a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic “Executive-Menu Planning” to work in its Flight Catering Center.
Preparing Food Menu as per flight schedule.
Circulating food Schedule & Menu throughout the entire network of USBA & confirm uplift as per schedule & Menu.
Supervising all the work done by Menu Planning Unit.
Ensuring all meals are prepared as per portion control.
Designing and Printing Menu Cards.
Following up on the Menu related complaints received from flights.
Carrying out research and development related to overall food quality improvement.
Going through daily e-mails & take action in consultation with Head of Operations, Catering.
Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food and Nutrition
Skills Required: Food Nutrition, food Safety
