Job Responsibilities
When new style start analyze the bulletin and layouts.
When style is feeding, checking work place, layout, method and find out whether labor and machine utilized properly.
Maintaining individual operator performance and motivating low operator performances.
Analyze the work in progress on work stations and instructing supervisor for better balancing.
Preparing Style Operation Bulletin &CM Calculation.
When analyze the bottle neck areas co-ordinate with technical adviser & line management to solving problems.
Conducting capacity studies if line Management request.
Method develops &work place engineering.
Maintaining lost time recording and calculate efficiency.
Prepare Monthly MIS Report of respective Floor.
Perform on Any other task assigned by the management
Skill Assessment & Evaluation
Training to workers & Production staff.
Recruiting Direct & Indirect manpower including Operator, Management mid-level staffs
Cutting operation bulletin prepare with SMV as style wise.
Cutting capacity checking and manpower allocation depends on style.
Day wise cutting efficiency calculation and work to increase efficiency.
Reduce Extra OT Hr.
Cutting section weekly and monthly report make and performance follow up.
Hourly production monitoring and day wise TRG Setup.
Cutting capacity study on Different Process.
NPT record (non-productive time).
Follow the cutting WIP printing & embroidery also.
Find the problem and give the permanent solution.
Follow up and ensure proper numbering, , bundling, shade issue , pattern wise in cutting and size breakdown.
Regular cutting Consumption Check and compare with merchandiser Consumption
Follow up replace Cutting properly.
Lot/Batch wise Fabrics analysis GSM, Dia, Group marker.
Short Fab/Extra fab booking analysis.
Daily Follow up secondary fab and Cuff-Collar issue.
Perform on Any other task assigned by the management
Follow up daily Manpower Status
Hourly Finishing Target set up (Based on style wise capacity)
To Make Finishing Target & achievement report & submit to the management.
Daily Efficiency Report analysis
Need to Control Extra OT Hr.
Hourly Production Follow Up.
To Make SMV for New style based on database.
To Make SMV data Bank for every Style.
Capacity study (Iron, Hangtag, Folding etc)
Daily Iron report analysis.
Monthly report analysis (Efficiency, Npt report, Production Variation report, Alter & Spot Report, Cut to Shipment report, Plus or Minus Shipment report)
Costing Analysis for different rework purpose.
To take Interview for New Requirement (Ironman, Folding man ,Poly man, packer, Asst. Finishing etc)
Also to take Interview for Finishing Supervisor & In charge.
Daily Finishing Backlog report analysis.
Daily followUp the accessories status.
Work on finishing layout/Organ gram.
Perform on Any other task assigned by the management

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements
2 to 5 year(s)
