Executive/ Sr. Executive – Kai Bangladesh Aluminium Ltd – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Maintaining and managing attendance, leave etc. of the Sales & Marketing Team all over the country.
Maintaining Field Force Tracker and tour program etc. of the Sales & Marketing Team.
Maintaining and managing Sales Admin related tasks (i.e. Managing Sales Field Force, looking after Dealers/Sellers’ signboard related tasks etc.).
Managing branding related tasks, promotional related tasks etc.
Handling Dealer’s foreign tour as & when required by the company & work Dealers conference related works etc.
Handling Dealers VISA processing related works.
Maintaining and managing Dealers files/documents with providing Deed of agreement in consultation with the company Lawyer.
Maintaining and managing the Lunch and Morning/Evening snacks facilities for the employees.
Administering safety, security, hygiene of the environment of the office premises.
Handling printing & stationary materials (i.e., in time taking delivery if stock is finished).
Maintaining a good liaison with the vendors/suppliers for printing, promotional item related works or other related works.
Handling liveries issues of the support staff.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Employment Status

Educational Requirements
BBS/MBS in Finance / Management.
BBA/MBA in Finance / Management.
BA/MA in English.

Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
administration and procurement, Corporate Administration, General Administration, Office Administration, Sales Admin
Additional Requirements
Age at least 28 years

Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics.
Must be a good team member.
Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of hard work.
Skilled in MS Office Suite.
Problem solving skills.
Good typing skills of both Bangla and English.
