Front Desk Executive – Meghna Insurance Company Limited – Dhaka

Job Context
As a Front Desk Executive, your primary role is to provide a positive and professional first impression of the organization to all visitors, clients, and employees. You will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the office or contacting the organization by phone, email, or in person.

Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
Handle phone calls incoming/outgoing with greetings in a professional way.
Received phone call & transfer it to the concerned person
Answer and screen heavy incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Perform other clerical receptionist duties.

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Computer skill, Good communication skills
