International Call Center Agent – Synergy Solutions Ltd. – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Manage large number of outbound calls to USA / Canada customers in a timely manner.
Follow communication “Script” while handling different topics.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Receiving customers’ enquirers, selling services / products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Educational Requirements
O Level, A Level, HSC, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Under graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skill are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements
Age 18 to 30 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O-level, A-level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker).
Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM).
Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months probation period.
Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
