Job Responsibilities
Co-ordinate interaction between the Quality Department and all other departments. Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality, common activities includes answer merchandisers’ enquiries on quality and material issues, give suggestions to factories based on factory capacity and availability of machinery to ensure product quality;
To read, understand and support the implementation of systems stated in all Quality Manuals. Elaborate and execute procedures related to Quality Management
Coordinate and settle relationship with third parties to help improve the quality in the Platform like laboratories, testing or audit companies
Liberate or block the production or take the final decision related to quality issues when the items do not comply with company or customer requirements.
Receive the claims related to quality problems and propose solutions for immediate correction or improvement
Report to supervisor immediately if meeting serious quality problem. Follow up the flaw fabric until the problem solved
Factory compliance and Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

10 to 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Experience of the candidate should be between 10-12 years in quality managing the relevant products as explained & preferably from a liaison/buying office background.
Good communication in English as this position would require communication with China & US office.
Good knowledge of MS excel & word.
Professional at fabrics & garment field. Apart from apparel, this position will also be required to look after Hardline products for quality & testing standards like camping chairs.
