Job Responsibilities
Drive and achieve the department’s sales target
Ensure conversion targets & high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service as per company set standard
Handle customer complaints/ queries and solve them according to company guidelines
Track inventory and ensure proper display at the assigned departments as per visual merchandising requirements
Maintain a high standard of service quality by following the standard Point of Sales (POS) operating process
Execute any other additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Educational Requirements
Ongoing university students (Bachelors/Masters)

Additional Requirements
Age 18 to 26 years
Previous work experience is not required
Must have National Identity Card (NID)
Knowledge of basic computer operations
Good communication skills in Bengali & English
Able to perform multi-task with a problem-solving approach
Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment
