Job Responsibilities
Maintain Strong Business Relationship with Clients.
Respond Promptly to Customer Queries and Resolve any Issues they have.
The Required Candidate Should Have Extensive Knowledge In Real Estate Industry, Pre & Post Project Management and Building Construction.
Must Have Knowledge and Expertise on Modern Building Problem & Solutions.
Capable to Maintain Standard Record Keeping System to ensure proper Customer Service.
Ensure Quality Control & Quality Assurance of Ongoing and Finished Products.
Must Have The Ability to Coordinate & Manage Multiple Projects.
Ensure that Customer Information’s are Maintained Accurately.
Manage large amounts of Incoming Calls.
Project visit as & when required.
Identify and Assess Customers’ Needs to Achieve Satisfaction.
Build Sustainable Relationships through Interactive Communication.
Handle Complaints, Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Communicate with Customers regarding their Installment & Responsible to provide Reminder.
Prepare day to day report on Collection & Dues.
Prepare Monthly Credit, Collection & Quarterly Sales Collection Report for Management.

Educational Requirements
B.SC in Civil Engineering from reputed University.

Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements
03 (Three) years or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
Skilled in operating Auto CAD.
Effective Time Management Skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Fairly Good in Spoken & Written in Bangla & English.
Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
Customer friendly attitude & Well Mannered.
