Prepare plans to improve the quality of after sales service.
Identify gaps in manpower planning of the service team. Prepare plans to ensure proper utilization of manpower. Plan, develop, and maintain web-based systems and apps in collaboration with MIS.
Assist service team in monitoring operations and tracking performance.
Prepare and share various reports of after-sales service operations on a regular basis.
Make frequent field visits and make plans/SOPs to develop the quality of service operations.
Collect data and measure customer satisfaction. Make plans to improve the level of customer satisfaction.
Observe and analyze the activities and strategies of competitors.
Assist the head of the after-sales service team in planning & analysis, communications, reporting, presentations & coordination.

B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / EEE/ IPE
