Sr. HR & Admin Executive for Ecommerce – 1 & 9 Apparel Creator Ltd. – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
1. Manage and administer all HR operations, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, attendance management, leave tracking, and employee records management. Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality are of utmost importance.
2. Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies to safeguard the interests of both the employees and the company.
3. Collaborate with the finance department to support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement for all employees.
4. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and undertake sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
5. Conduct thorough background checks and verify references to ensure the hiring of qualified and reliable candidates.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals to tap into diverse talent pools effectively.
7. Assist Senior Management in identifying training needs and arranging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employee skill development.
8. Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with the company’s overall goals.
9. Play an active role in promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
10. Act as a point of contact for both employees and management, handling administrative matters efficiently.
11. Coordinate and organize all ceremonial events and functions to enhance employee engagement and morale.
12. Provide prompt and accurate guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees, addressing their inquiries effectively.
13. Prepare comprehensive reports on various HR activities, including staff hiring, training, salary reviews, promotions, increments, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions, for management review.
14. Manage employee benefits, insurance, and related administrative tasks to ensure employee well-being and satisfaction.
15. Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate facility management, maintenance, and other administrative services as required.
16. Oversee the maintenance of all files, logistics, and assets of the company, ensuring everything is well-organized and accessible

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Skills Required: Computer skill, HRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint

Experience Requirements
At least 2 year(s)

Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with team members at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in using HRIS and other HR-related software.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
A proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
