Trainee Territory Sales Officer – Halima Group – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Generate ideas and prepare appropriate promotional plans and strategies for assigned products.
Find out the market gaps, sales opportunities and take appropriate measures and inform the same to the line manager including the field personnel to avail the opportunities.
Order & promote company’s products to customers, retailers & distributors.
Assume overall responsibility for developing & achieving the sales target for the organization.
Visit markets, distributors, outlets on regular basis to search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new distributors in uncovered areas.
Identify and recommend opportunities for revenue growth by conducting market research and evaluating trends.
Organize product demonstrations, customer meets and other marketing campaigns by teaming up with the sales team.
Monitor and analyze competitors marketing strategies and develop own strategies.
Creating and developing innovations ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Support in the preparation of long and short-term marketing plans and sales forecasts on the assigned product.

Educational Requirements
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Masters in Marketing of reputed private university graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
