Job Responsibilities
International Sales and Marketing on digital and social platform.
International Customer Support (on messenger, social media and over phone).
Conduct the International telecommunication Market Survey to explore the area of opportunities.
Explore the demand of the customers and satisfy those by professional reactivity.
Providing existing and potential customers status feedback to management.
Monitoring of web-based telecommunication software by 24/7.
Give solution to customers on web-based service of telecommunication software.
Reporting daily received and appointed tasks from software systems service.
Giving solution on regular errors finding from telecom software systems service.
Providing solution feedback to management and customers.
Actively participate in all aspects on running web-based software service testing.
Willingness to work long hours as day/night basis.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor of Business Administration
Diploma in Computer, Telecommunication
General Subject in any discipline (experienced on IT Sales, Software Maintenance; education qualification will be relaxed).
Must need to know Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Photoshop and related software.
Must have good idea about latest technology, software, digital marketing, social media marketing etc.

At most 2 year(s)

Need to work even in any National & Religious Holiday and willingness to work Long Hours.
Need to work roster (Day/Night) basis 24/7
