Job Description / Responsibility
Operation & maintenance of Core Data Network, Soft switch, Media gateway, Monitoring Equipment.
Daily & periodically Core KPI monitoring and analyzing.
Participate in solving problems reported by customer and those are discovered during health check
Execute regular health check and KPI analysis of core network products
Execute rectification operations in telecom equipment.
Generating reports for Alarm/Fault analysis of the equipment under the domain
Reporting to management on regular KPI and recommendation.
Ability to solve problems independently or with minimal guidance.
Maintains a detailed record of the problems and methods used to solve it.
Takes network problem complaints from the carriers/stockholders, analyzes them and depending on the difficulty of the problem, either seeks help or solves them himself.
Dealing with power outages, black holes & network failures.
Turn out and analyze different types of technical reports.

Age below or equal to 30 year(s)
Should have sound knowledge on telecommunication core, data network & transmission like SDH.
Should have strong knowledge on LAN/ WAN, TCP/ IP Network, SS7 & SIP.
