Job Description / Responsibility
Plan, Develop and Modify (as when applicable) the maintenance strategy of the core network.
Analyze, suggest and implement solution to improve network KPI on regular and on demand basis.
Work with ICX and ANS clients for implementation of new interconnections, capacity expansion of IGW.
Assure the smooth flow of all interconnection traffic by a close monitoring of trunk capacities and circuit redundancy.
Keep update of network architectures, routing plan, numbering plans and interconnect contacts
Plan for future capacity expansion
Plan and implement health check of Core Network Equipment on Daily, Weekly, Monthly Basis.
Lead the team while troubleshooting of hardware and software fault.
Lead the team while software, patch loading.
Communicate with vendor and supervise vendor activities
Design optimized usage of existing resource and spare parts
Ready to work for any emergency case at any time.
Strong database skills (UNIX/ Linux Based, MSSQL Server, MySQL)
Basic concepts on GSM, SS7 protocol, Networking and Programming.
Hands on experience in Huawei core equipments.
Should have good knowledge on traffic routing policy.
Should have good knowledge on IPv4 / IPv6 / VLAN / IPSec / GRE / BGP / OSPF / VRRP / BFD / STP / LACP

Educational Requirements
Bachelor`s degree in Telecom/ Computer/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering from a reputed University with good academic result.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Telecommunication Engineer, Test Engineer, System Engineer (Telecommunication Network), System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, ISP, Telecommunication

Additional Job Requirements
Age 30 to 35 year(s)
Excellent communication and presentation skill.
Quick learner, hardworking, self-motivated, result oriented and capable to work under pressure.
Five years of experience in Telecom industry and preferably three years of experience in core network. However experience may be considered for the candidate with well educational background.
