Must have 5-7 years practical experience in Team Leading with C/ C++, Java, Android/iOS, JNI OR
Must have 5-7 years practical experience in Team Leading with J2EE/LAMP based Web based Enterprise Application
Good experience in Project Quality Management & international client communication
Strong knowledge in Design Document preparation and Review
Very good knowledge in project sizing and several estimation technique
