Interact with users of the system
Communicate user feedback to other team members
Assist users in troubleshooting system issues
Create technical and marketing content for conferences, events, etc
Prepare responses to RFPs and other business proposals

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science/ Engineering/ IT
