Job Responsibilities
An IELTS teacher’s job responsibilities may include:
Teaching IELTS preparation courses to students and helping them to improve their language skills.
Developing lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the IELTS test format and criteria.
Conducting mock tests and providing feedback on student’s performance to help them identify areas for improvement.
Keeping up to date with changes in the IELTS test format and criteria.
Providing guidance to students on exam strategies, time management, and test-taking skills.
Monitoring and tracking students’ progress and adjusting teaching methods as needed.
Maintaining records of students’ attendance and performance.
Communicating regularly with students, parents, and other teachers to provide updates on progress and discuss any concerns or issues.
Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Contributing to the development of the IELTS program and curriculum.
