Job Description / Responsibility
Supervise the construction works in different side to control quality of works.
Follow up the construction works done by the contractor as per schedule design and drawing.
To ensure judicious mitigation of construction labor.
To control the quality of raw materials supplied by the contractors.
Providing measurement of item of works and maintain in the measurement book. Check the bills of quantities submitted by the contractors.
To ensure quality of construction works.
Coordinate project labors to execute the operation and solving construction problems as soundly as possible
Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
Maintaining Contractor book and to be signed by respective contractor
Keeping record regarding all information about the site i.e. copy of approved plan, quality control documentation and safety procedure documentation
Control of the construction equipment, tools use & expense
Maintain quality control, safety & security procedures and ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.
