Job Responsibilities
Research and implement state-of-the-art ML models.
Develop machine learning applications according to requirements.
Machine learning tests automation and experiments.
Train and finetune systems when necessary with custom data.
Scale up deep learning training.
Modify existing model with custom requirement.
Tune hyper parameter and optimize model performance.
Ability to implement papers on AI.
Demonstrated history of model research and design.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent degree from any reputed university of Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements
1 year above in AI based Software Development is required, but freshers are also encouraged to apply if you have good problem-solving skills and have good profile in kaggle platform.
For Freshers, Next Solution Lab usually offers a 3 to 6 months training program to develop their skill in AI and Software development.
Strong knowledge of Python.
Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Experienced with frameworks and libraries such as Tensorflow, Keras / PyTorch, OpenCV, Scipy, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas etc.
Basics of machine learning algorithms (linear regression, logistic regression, CNN, RNN, LSTM, CTC, GAN, Encoder-decoder, Attention mechanism).
Experienced with git.
Familiar with Linux command.
