Monitor and make sure of timely repair of defective mobile
Provide technical training and guidance to the Service Engineer
Collection of quality defect and feedback to the HQ.
Repair in time with nice attitude.
Collect quality defect data.
DOA (dead on arrival) handset Detection.

1 to 3 year(s)

Age below or equal to 35 year(s)
Age: 35 year(s), experience persons are relaxing the mention age limit.
Experience of repair supervisor of two years or above for Sr. Service Engineer
Familiar with mobile phone repair
Good spoken and written English is a plus
Able to work under great pressure
