Job Description / Responsibility
Network Monitoring and Email Correspondence
To handle customers in a professional manner & promptly responding to client`s queries efficiently & effectively.
Better problem solving and coordinate skills
Willing to work as a team member
Clear concept of LAN, MAN, WAN and able to configure switch, router etc
Shifting duty
Basic knowledge in Linux will give preference.

Additional Job Requirements
Candidates have work experience in Network & Hardware Troubleshooting in any reputed NGO/ Organization will be preferred.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills both in written & spoken English.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Be Responsible, Loyal, Proactive and result oriented
Able to provide everyday feedback to the management with positive attitude.
Strong leadership skill and able to work independently & under pressure
Can meet task deadlines, ability to work in a team environment

Salary Range
