Job Description / Responsibility
Must have experience in Woven Garments Factory
Have to lead the production unit
Supervision, public relations, marketing profitability and sales, service, reporting, capital requirements, and other duties as assigned by the board of directors
Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.
Enforce and uphold all cooperative policies
Determining the cooperative`s fixed asset needs and presenting a fixed asset budget to the board
Present annual budget to the board
To make necessary production plan as per the shipment schedule provided by Production planning department
Maintain proper KPI target/ Ratio

Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
Good in planning and analytical skills
Good command in both written and spoken English
Hands-on PC skill with the knowledge of commonly used MS software
Good inter-personal & communication skills
Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
