Job Responsibilities
If you are smart and confident to speak Bangla and English fluently to other visitors and guide them to specific destinations.
Greet and welcome all kinds of visitors upon arrival at the office.
Receive incoming calls and direct them to the necessary office personnel
Coordinate office supplies and keep stock inventory.
Receive, sort & safe keep daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Assist with organizing and coordinating events with Admin Dept.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by your supervisor.
