Assistant Manager, Quality Control – Ayesha Abed Foundation – Jamalpur

Job Responsibilities
Assist to develop processes and systems to ensure product quality
Provide guidance to the production team to ensure product quality
Confirm raw materials and accessories quality before production
Ensure product quality checking by process quality control
Identify the alteration and rejection, analyzes the root cause, and take corrective actions for rectification
Establish a strong quality control team through on-the-job training by following quality SOP, tools, and techniques
Maintain the records and provide the quality control report to the supervisor
Provide strong leadership to the staff, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations

Educational Requirements
A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university (preferably B.Sc in Textile)

Additional Requirements
Age at least 18 years
4-5 years of experience in quality control in RMG sector.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance (process and finish quality)
Understanding of Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, washing-color bleeding) and planning
Analytical ability and preparing statistical data charts for QC
Report writing and data analysis skills
