Manager (Administration) – Shodagor Express Limited – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Managing and supervising the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, including managing office facilities, coordinating office services and supplies, and overseeing staff.
He will be responsible for the admin department of the organization, and will be part of leadership team of the organization.
Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and systems to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the organization.
Managing administrative procurement and processes.
Ensuring compliance with government regulations and organizational policies related to employment, health and safety, and other areas.
Maintaining branch cash settlement issues, fraudulent activity and dispute issues and assisting legal team for necessary settlement.
Managing the administrative budget and monitoring expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Managing logistics and transportation, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Overseeing the health and safety of employees as well as business.
Maintaining liaison with legal authorities & negotiation capacity for vehicle management of dispute resolve

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration/HR/ Management from any reputable university.

Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Candidate should have 10 years of experience in relevant sector.
Candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
Candidate should have expertise on Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staffs Qualification
