Job Responsibilities
Ensure civil work in the projects, time schedule & quality control.
Co-ordinate between all consultants, designers, contractors, suppliers & other necessary personnel.
Review structural and architectural drawings and provide change approvals if required through a disciplined change management process.
Perform tendering and vendor evaluation and selection
Ensure civil maintenance & modification work of existing factory complex.
Bill checking, estimation, rate analysis, Wastage control & presentation.
Follow up and monitor project progress for all projects and hold regular status meeting with all concerns.
Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
Identify the elements of the project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and address them.
Periodic inspections of project sites and prepare reports.
Maintain Required MIS.

Age 33 to 35 years
Efficient in large Industrial/Commercial construction management.
Should be excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with a charming personality.
Should have analytical ability, time management & with record of accomplishment.
Should have knowledge on RSC related new & as build Architectural & structural works in the factory.
Ability to prioritize for deadlines.
Energetic, confident and proactive.
The applicant should have at least 1 year experience in the same position with industry level.
