Manager – HR – DBL Industrial Park Ltd. – Moulvibazar

Job Responsibilities
Act as a mirror of HR into line function to establish single point of contact for all HR related issues;
Cooperation of designated business functions on employee learning and development best practices;
Support business leaders from the business functions to enhance capacity to better manage their teams as well as the business goal;
Manage and ensure the people aspects of any restructures within the organization as per plan and appropriate HR support mechanisms;
Ensure the implementation of Competency Development Program for line functions to create successor and build a Talent Management Pipeline with the assistance of Corporate HR;
Build a strategic partnership and collaboration with line functions to create a ground for acceptance by business units;
Manage recruitment, time & attendance, transfer, confirmation, performance, payroll, disciplinary procedure, compliance issues, Buyer’s audit, etc. with the help of team members of the Business unit;
Manage and resolve employee complain and grievance issues; complex ER issues, investigate discrimination and harassment issues on appropriate time;
Assist in creating a high performance culture by ensuring measurable performance indicators and improvement plans;
Drive the process development in the area of resourcing and policy implementation and ensure compliance in the area of respective Business Unit;
Work progression by weekly / monthly / yearly report submission to the Management;
Work closely with all members of the division/ department to improve working relationship;
Any other task will be assigned time to time as and when required;

Educational Requirements
Masters/MBA from a reputed University;
Having Post-Graduation Diploma in HRM will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
At least 8 year(s)

Working knowledge in ERP system and advanced proficiency in MS office (specifically Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint).
Competent in verbal and written communication.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
Willing to stay beside factory.
