To prepare different types of analytical reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) related with Sales and Distribution as per requirement of Senior Management.
The important reports are as follows; Designing reporting format and prepare reports accordingly,
Sales Target & achievement reports as per sales organogram, party wise (as on date).
Updated undelivered and delivered status, Daily Sales Update(value, quantity) as on date
Updated of Dispatch Order and vehicle loading information (time to time).
Party wise deposit confirmation reconciled with sales employee and forward it to accounts department for balance confirmation(daily basis)
Order taking from sales team and process the information for approval and coordination of Invoicing (DO Process) System.
To confirm and communicate on party balance (quantity, Value etc.) to all members of sales team and prepare documents & information for party balance reconciliation.
To ensure dispatch from different depots to be located at different points all around the country.
Different types of communication (Format, market information, delivery schedule etc.) with the members of sales team as directed by Senior Management.
Sales Force support: time-sheets, logistics requirements, market information format, TA-DA bill processing etc.
To collect market information of competitive brands and submits it to the management.

Automobile, Cement Industry, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Age at least 30 years
Ability to priorities own work load.
Strong communication skills.
Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite.
An administrative or sales background.
Must be detail oriented.
Must have experience in sales administration.
