To assist Management to establish short & long-range sales goals and collaboration with sales executives, setting sales targets, profit growth, market share & other goals.
To review sales policies & strategies to ensure that short-term operations are in accord with long-term objectives.
To motivate and maintain the liaison with the dealers & field forces to successfully achieve the sales target.
To explore new market and appoint new distributors in the potential areas.
Setting strategy to promote products to the prospective clients.
To prepare daily/monthly sales or sales related any other reports for the top management as and when required.
Administer the sales person with accurate guidance for achieving sales and collections.
Should have proper knowledge regarding industry, competitors and promotional activities.
Minimum graduation in any discipline (Major in marketing is preferable).
