Job Description / Responsibility
Plan and implement supply Chain procedure to supports business strategies covering Import, Export, Production & local distribution.
Have depth knowledge about all logistics activities related to import & export, International correspondence.
Practical knowledge of Import & Export (shipping, freight forwarding & customs, VAT & TAX related issues).
Follow up with shipping line Custom clearance & Freight forwarding for smooth operations.
Maintain Export-Import L/C and TT Documentation.
Have through knowledge in Banking System/FOC/Commercial Items and H.S. Code(s) and customs clearance formalities thereof.
Should be well conversant and capable of corresponding (English & Bangla) with supplier & Agent.
Preparation of documents (Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Challan, packing List, Invoice etc.) and reports (monthly, quarterly and yearly) related to procurement (local & import), production and distribution.
Responsible for maintaining files & documentation of all kinds both soft and hard copy for archiving and audits.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Applied Physics with MBA in Operations Management/ Supply Chain Management will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)

Commercial, Distribution, Documentation, Export/Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/C&F
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
Must be capable of working in a multinational environment.
Need to have adequate knowledge and experience in working online communication like internet, emailing and other web based communication.
Must be experience & skilled in computer operation.
China Logistics in an added plus.
Excellent writing & oral skills in English.
Good reporting skill is required.
Minimum 5/6 years experience in related field.
Experience in Renewable Energy sector specially in Solar related company shall be given preference.
