Operation Manager – Centre For Education – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
? Need to take strategic logical decision.
?? Establishing and maintaining excellent business and public relations,
?? Naturalistic networking with the student and the stakeholders.
?? Has to contribute to the growth potential of the company.
?? Always has to be updated with the education system and the changes in rules and
regulation.
?? Keep an eye on the activities of the competitors, their ability and report to the business
development manager.
?? Need to use knowledge about the education system of Europe and Oceania
?? Face to face interaction with the client.
?? Assist to prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
?? Assist operational team as required to meet campaign objectives.
?? Provide guideline to the potential and existing student to find out best institution for their
further study according to their career objectives.
?? Protect Centre For Education’s value by keeping information confidential.
?? Co-operate other colleagues in day-to-day operation and mange all staff.
?? Work on an ad hoc basis.
?? Have to travel to Sylhet, Chittagonj and other cities if necessary.
?? Need to report daily, weekly and monthly to Country Manager
and London office
