Develop a deep understanding of our market and customer. We are a customer obsessed team, but you will take this to an entirely new level of understanding. You will define customer personas, prioritize their biggest challenges, define segments, understand purchasing behaviors and research competing offerings. The team will look to you as the voice of the customer. Provide research and insights into ongoing market trends/needs and articulate the findings in the form of product requirements. Maintain close relationships with customers to remain aware of their needs and perspectives.
Product Design & Development. Play proactive role in product planning and design to ensure the product is differentiated from competitors in the marketplace. Create written product specifications and requirements. Work closely with the customers and partners to evaluate and prioritize product changes and enhancements. Work closely with Development teams to create realistic development plans and schedules. Do quality assurance testing and provide training to cross-functional teams as necessary.
Support product launches. You will move fast so we constantly have exciting new features to share with our customers. You also know that a product launch is just the beginning and will support continued adoption of features as our team improves them. Drive product strategy, planning, marketing as well as sales support activities and focus on go-to-market activities aimed at helping to achieve strategic revenue objectives.
Partner with cross-functional teams. Be a close partner with our Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales. You’ll contribute to our product strategy, how we prioritize features and deliver those. You will understand our funnel better than anyone and drive the decisions for new modules and features.
Enable our go-to-market teams. Support sales and customer success team. Identify and deliver assets, programs, campaigns to accelerate acquisition, engagement and retention. Engage and facilitate solutions in any Pre-Sales situations as appropriate
Grow our product marketing function. You will be our first true product marketing hire. You will work closely with our Head of Product to build the team and define ways of working.

Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to communicate business value of technical innovations
