Job Description / Responsibility
British Council invites applications for the position of Project Manager – Society (One year fixed term)
The successful applicant will be expected to:
be responsible for identifying, procuring and managing internal and external resources for specific projects
identify, manage and report on project risks
develop and manage project implementation plans
be responsible for capturing and communicating the findings from project monitoring and evaluation
identify, develop, and manage effective relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the context of agreed projects
provide direction and guidance to staff on an agreed area of operational management
be accountable for managing all aspects of project finances through British Council’s SAP-based financial and business system

A first university degree

Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
And will have the following skills and experience:
three years’ of work experience in the relevant sector
Good knowledge of project and contract management with planning and organising skills.
spoken and written English language skills (IELTS level 7)

Salary Range
TK. 65937

Other Benefits
Transport allowance of Tk 7,500.00 per month plus other benefits according to the organisation’s policy
