National Sales Manager – Showroom Division – Myone Energy Limited

Job Description / Responsibility
• Define and develop communication strategy & plan for showroom Sales.
• Create and develop programs for national sales and ensure its implementation.
• This can be done by developing action plans for showroom sales.
• Ensure the successful achievement of the company sales goals across all its regions.
• Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix and selling price.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly sales target & cost plan and have to achieve accordingly.
• Prepare daily sales report through your reporting superior.
• Maintain showroom staff and training employees for effective delivery.
• Supervise Assistant Divisional Manager and Showroom Manager through field visit, observation, and measurement of results and monitor of daily activities.
• Participate in market strategy building by providing useful information from showroom sales activities.
• Coordinate and maintain all types of showroom related activities like trade license update, VAT file update, product internal transfer and showroom decoration.
• Find out the showroom market gap & scope and utilize for showroom business.
• Prepare annual sales forecast by measuring the market demand.
• Branding & local campaigning monitoring and communication with previous customers & ensure customer service for the territory.
• Organize all responsibility of showroom opening program.
• Preparing proposal and to meet monthly sales target by supervising the sales team.
• Strong leadership capabilities to manage the sales team & coordinate with the transmission team.
• Properly maintain the company code of conduct and policy.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
• MBA/ Masters (Major in Marketing) will be preferred.
• Masters from any discipline with good academic background.

Experience Requirements
• 7 to 11 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales, Marketing, Corporate Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Requirements
• Age 35 to 45 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Leadership, motivation skills and ability to hard work.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• The applicants should have experience in Sales and Marketing of any renowned home appliance or electronics company.
• Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and be capable to use Company ERP software.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
• Hard working and able to work under pressure.
• Should have strong strategic thinking capacity, have sound analytical & sales administrative skill.
