Job Description / Responsibility
• Selected candidates will work in Credit Risk Management Department and their job responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:
• Designing overall risk management strategy, preparing risk management policies and procedures
• Developing and monitoring implementation of stress testing
• Oversight the comprehensive internal Credit Policies and Procedures arises from different operational activities and establish an appropriate credit risk environment;
• Ensure qualitative as well as quantitative risk assessment is done on every credit proposals from the best interest of the company before providing recommendations for approval at the Credit Committee;
• Provide independent credit recommendations to Credit Committee in an organized and timely manner;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements;
• Analyze company’s portfolio risks and provide input/advice to the MD/CEO regarding the formulation of strategic operating plans.
• Sound knowledge of credit evaluation and documentation
• Monitor and ensure that appropriate and timely facility loss provisions have been made.

Educational Requirements
BBA/ MBA preferably in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed University;

Experience Requirements
8 to 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Candidates must have at least 8-10 years of working experience in the related field in any Bank/FI.
