Job Description / Responsibility
• Overall responsibility to coordinate with finance team.
• Check & Audit all data booked.
• Prepare and send regular reports to the management .
• Provide reports to the concern person to prepare monthly management reports
• Keep all the documents provide from Finance department.
• To ensure that all the transactions are in the system before finalizing monthly accounts.
• Monthly close the books on accrual basis.
• To make sure all adjustments are updated.
• To find out any adjustment from bank statement before closing the month
• To ensure all bank reconciliation completed partially at every week
• To ensure inter company reconciliation and Profit & Loss account reconciliation before closing the month.
• To ensure payable & receivable reconciliation

M.Com/ MBA/ ACCA/ ACMA/ ACA

Experience Requirements
• At most 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 30 to 35 year(s)
• Good level of proficiency in English (both verbal & written) is essential.
• Familiar in using Tally & QUICKBOOK software
• Basic IT skills with good command over MS. Excel
• Able to work independently
• Smart and able to learn fast
