Jr. Executive – Call Center – International Admission Service – Dhaka

Job Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for Candidates.
Answer the telephone promptly and call potential candidates.
Provide accurate information to the candidates.
Produce call reports with details.
Attend training programs regularly.
Other reasonably related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Additional Requirements
Age 18 to 30 years
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Must have an excellent command of English.
The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Student Counselling, Call Center, Customer Care, and Customer Support through Phone, Data Entry, Marketing, and Telemarketing.
Must have excellent analytical skills.
Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday (10 AM to 6 PM)
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM Software) and telephone systems.
