Job Description / Responsibility
Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
Supervise, monitor & control the sales team of the entire company.
To co-operation for achievement of sales and collection target.
Monitoring Market activities.
Assist to Government & Non Government, Institutional Tender Business, knowledge on indenting and foreign correspondence
Connect with prospective client, ensure smooth sales of Office Automation, Bank Automation, training equipment and achieve sales target thereof.
Follow up all sales and promotional activities.
Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring to achieve objectives.
Preparing reports regarding sales and others in the end of every working day.
To train and improve knowledge of Marketing Officer /Sr. Marketing Officer about new products, product literature, communication skills, and presentation skills.
Analyze the market potentiality & plan accordingly.
Overall Market Research & Business Development.
To follow and implement all the policies set by the Company.

Master degree from any reputed university, MBA in Marketing preferred.

Have a sound Experience in the field of Corporate Marketing and Tendering.
The applicants should have at least 10-12 years of experience as managerial position & at least 3-4 Years of experience as AGM-Sales in the following area: IT, Office Automation, Bank Automation.
Diploma in Computer Science/IT
