Develop and monitor HR annual plan for manpower, recruitment, training and employee engagement.
Propose, implement and communicate policy and procedure changes/improvements to instill HR best practices.
Maintain HR reports, documents and files of all employees
Provide HR advice and support to line manager and employees, explain procedures and policies in a timely and effective manner
Engage in discussion with employees to gather feedback, forecast retention and to motivate employees when necessary
Generate reports for senior management as per their need for analyzing employee performance
Generate and present ideas for organizational development and growth to senior management
Orientation and placement of resources in an efficient manner
Actively engage and manage recruitment process as per requirement
Maintain liaison with officials of different universities and supervise recruitment events/process
Employee Final Settlement.
Legal papers update.
Perform HR related duties.
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Factory HR Administration, Good at english communication, knowledge of ERP Management System
