Dealing with incoming email and post / couriers.
Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments, fixing meetings & schedules.
Counsel to visitor queries over phone or face to face.
Process & keep record of all incoming-outgoing letter, documents etc.
Receive letters, messages, and documents and pass them to proper place/persons and keep records.
