Project MEAL Officer – Habitat for Humanity International – Khulna

Job Responsibilities
Monitoring and Evaluation of Programs of HFHB
Develop and implement M&E activities in collaboration with the Project Office and National Office team for ensuring quality performance at the field level and identifying good/best practices implemented by HFHII-B directly and/or through partner/CBOs that contribute to a positive impact on target communities.
Organize monitoring and evaluation programs in liaison with the programs team.
Conduct Program Process monitoring.
Support program teams considering cross-functional issues (gender, inclusion etc.)
Support to design and conduct assessment/baseline survey and evaluation (Midterm/Final/ Impact) of the project/programs in consultation with HFHB-National office.
Participate in programmatic audits for HFHI-B and implementing partners and develop tools and methods for such audits, in collaboration with other stakeholders.
Accountability
Monitor the implementation of accountability frameworks.
Facilitate the CFRM mechanism in receiving, compiling, and reporting the received complaints and feedback from the sources.
Ensures that complaints are recorded in an official database, processed and that people receive an appropriate, timely response.
Respond to other assignments assigned by the Organization.
Knowledge Management / Reporting / Representation;
Capture, compile and share lessons learning, and conduct yearly Lesson Learning sharing Workshop.
Following up recommendations (internal and external) of program teams and works on the action plans.
Training and technical support
Builds MEAL capacity of the program/project staffs, partners’ staffs, and orient consortium staffs through designing and implementing of appropriate training. This includes assisting program team in project design including MEAL planning.
Support partner organizations in developing their respective MEAL systems Maintain progress database for HFHB and report and update leadership on the status of HFHI-B’s overall program implementation and its implications.
Support the program team to develop donor reports through providing data and information.
Support the HFHI-B mission through any other special assignments provided by the supervisor/project.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree on sociology, social work, statistics, economics or other analytical field is desired, other may be considered with requisite qualifications

Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Minimum 03 years’ professional experience at a technical management position in MEAL.
Good knowledge of software packages, especially statistical packages.
