Job Responsibilities
Co-ordinate with Production department for improving their working procedures.
Order allocation in sewing lines based on SMV on a regular basis
Prepare Time and Action Plan
Prepare daily, monthly production MIS & efficiency report, machine break down report etc.
Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
Systematic group planning and execution of total production flow as well as balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team, Ability to work collaboratively with cross function

Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Age at least 30 years
Must have excellent spoken and writing skills both in English and Bengali
