Assist in the Talent acquisition process and induction process.
Regularly taking care of employee personal files and update.
Ensure HR data is timely and accurately uploaded in HRIS and all personnel files are preserved safely in a safe locker with proper tracking.
Maintaining Employee attendance & leave management on daily basis in HRM Portal.
Monthly HR report generate and submit to Asst. Manager on time.
Assist in Performance Appraisal System & Job Confirmation activities.
Coordinate promotion & separation related issues.
Issue new employee’s ID card & update the previous.
Formalities to open new employee’s salary account.
Office Assets & Stationary monitoring & maintenance.
Supervise & manage the support staff to ensure that the assigned tasks are completed in effective and timely manner.
Ensuring Administrative Service like housekeeping, office asset management, cleanliness, hygiene & safety.
Prepare various notes, office orders, and memos in respect of HR operations.
Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Commerce (MCom)
Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
Training/Trade Course: HRM,MS Office
Skills Required: Bangla typing, HRIS/ HR Database Management, People and Culture Management
