Responsible to make & monitor company HR & polices as per local laws.
Planning and process of recruitment staffs for the organization on demand.
Conduct new employee orientation program.
Ensure the proper process of deployment, joining, and appointed related tasks, pre and post-employment reference check, record keeping of all recruitment-related documents, and preservation for reporting.
Develop training module, conduct training sessions, monitor departmental training activities.
Maintaining Employee attendance & leave management on a daily basis in HRM portal.
Absent counseling & take action.
Monitoring all disciplinary action, grievance issues & also counseling motivate the employees as per local law.
Roll out Talent Management, Performance Management initiatives in association with Head of HR.
Ensure effective exit interview with proper exist and replacement plan.
Monitoring subordinate job activities i.e. HR & Admin team and work as a team.
Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Masters degree in any discipline
Bachelor or Masters Degree in any discipline can apply.
ICT company related background will be preferred.
Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
Training/Trade Course: HRM,Excel,Powerpoint
Skills Required: Communication, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Good at bangla typing, Office Management, Training & Development
