Job Responsibilities
HR Functions:
Conduct and manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising vacancies, screening resumes, assist in conducting interviews.
Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding of new employees.
Create employee profile in attendance software, maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Prepare monthly leave and attendance report and manage various employee benefits, including different types of allowances.
Help conducting employee performance evaluations and maintain records. Prepare and serve confirmation, promotion & disciplinary letters with management approval.
Companywide email correspondence (e.g. Holiday announcement, management decision; involvement in organization policy development)
Administrative Functions:
Manage office support staffs’ work distribution and ensure their delivery and discipline.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, cleanliness, security etc.
Ensure all logistics ordering and maintenance: Email ID, ID Card, Business card, Corporate SIM Card , AC, Generator, office stationaries.
Manage travel arrangements, including visa, booking flights and accommodations.

Educational Requirements
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Administration, Human Resource Management
Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, General Administration, HR and compliance, Problem solving and decision making

Experience Requirements
At least 2 year(s)
