BKMEA is currently looking for an Experienced and Potential Personal Secretary for the President.
A personal secretary must have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of diplomatic protocols, customs, and etiquette. S/he must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously as per direction of President. Knowledge of one or more foreign languages will add an additional advantage.
Job Location: BKMEA Head Office, Narayanganj
To maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times & Maintain confidential records and files.
Manage the President’s schedule and calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Be prepared to travel anywhere/anytime with President in home and abroad.
To liaison with HR & Admin Department of BKMEA.
To ensure that the President receives all necessary documents and invitations in a timely and professional manner
To plan and organize official events, such as ceremonies, conferences, and receptions. This will involve managing the guest list, sending out invitations etc.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails and manage correspondence.
Prepare write-up for the president for meeting, conferences or any other programs.
Take minutes during meetings and prepare reports.
Provide logistical support for meetings and visits, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made in advance.
Provide professional greetings, maintain messages and obtain necessary information and receiving VIP visitors.
Handling of expatriates & foreign guest / foreign buyer (Protocol services, Security clearance, Ministerial Support, Visa extension etc) for the President.
Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels and transportation for the President.
Handle personal tasks and errands as assigned by the President.
Manage expenses and prepare financial reports.
Conduct research and gather information as needed.
Any other jobs as assigned by the management.
MBA/Masters in Office Administration or a related field from any reputed University.

Retired army officer (up to Major rank) within age bracket will get preference.
Proficiency in the use of computer: Microsoft Office Suite, Email and Calendar Management, Document Management, Audio and Video Conferencing, Social Media sites.
To have knowledge about Bangladesh RMG Sector, Bangladesh Economy, Trade & Banking rules and regulations.
Proficiency in English is a must for the Job.
