Educational Requirements
Ph.D. preferably from a North American/European University in the relevant discipline with at least two (2) first divisions/classes/A grades in public examinations with a minimum of twelve (12) years of active teaching experience at the University level. Candidates must have at least ten (10) publications of research works of outstanding merit including five (5) papers in internationally reputed journals.

Additional Requirements
Age at least 40 years
